For several years now, a commemorative walk has been held the day after the remembrance ceremony in Westkapelle, following the route of the liberators. Everyone is welcome to take part in this special walk on Sunday, November 2. We will depart at 8:30 a.m. from the Polderhuis, and our destination is the Landing Monument near Uncle Beach in Vlissingen.

Along the way, we will pass various monuments and memorial sites where attention will be paid to the liberation of Walcheren.
